This annual, private auction from the Dave Cockrum Estate is conducted under the auspices of the SIDEKICK Foundation, which was founded to aid comics creators in need. Current funds are earmarked to support the Gene Colan Scholarship and the Dave and Paty Cockrum Scholarship, awarded annually to students at the Joe Kubert School for Comic Art. Thanks to our patrons Paty Cockrum, the Colan children, Stan Lee, Harlan Ellison, Neal Adams, Bill Sienkiewicz, Bob McLeod, Randy Bowen, Mike Zeck, Ted Adams, Erik Larsen and many other friends for signing and/or generously donating items for this auction.
